Time entry via timer

With the Gryzzly chatbot, there’re several options for your time entries: reminders (daily and weekly) and logging time upon request. But did you know you can also log time by using a timer?

A great way to try out the Pomodoro technique! 🍎

Start a timer

Starting a timer couldn’t be easier: just catch Gryzzly attention, by saying start a timer, set a timer or even simply timer.

Configuration message of a timer

You need to configure the timer in a 3-step process:

  • Select a project
  • Select a task
  • Select a duration

💡 Important : In timer mode, duration are always displayed in hour. The selected duration will be converted to match the time entry unit set for your workspace.

All that is left is to click on Start and Gryzzly will notify you when the time is up ⏰.
