I've created a project, but I can't log any time on it, why?

Have you created a task within your project? If the answer is no, that's why you're unable to log time.

What is the finest granularity for time entry on Gryzzly?

You can log time as follows:

  • 15 minutes if you enter by hour

  • 0.25 if you enter by part of the day

  • 10% if you enter by percentage

Team Management

What information can a project manager access on the dashboard?

A project manager can view the time spent on all projects. However, they can only access the financial data of those projects if they are responsible for them. They can also access the user view and see the time spent on the projects they are responsible for.

What information can a collaborator access on the dashboard?

A collaborator has access to their dashboard with the views My Time, My Leaves, and their user profile.

They can also view the time spent on the projects to which they are assigned from the project view.

I want to log time on a project, but I can't see it in my list, why?

In this case, it is very likely that you are not assigned to the project in question. Do not hesitate to ask your manager to modify this setting.

The feature is planned for the last quarter of 2024!

You simply need to export your projects! This will allow you to create pivot tables to analyze your tags!

You just need to modify this information directly in your messaging. The change will automatically take effect the next day!

Billing

What happens if I add or remove collaborators during my subscription?

You can add and/or remove users during your subscription.

Prorated charges will then be applied to your next invoice! These are calculated based on the number of users added/removed during the period.
