Pricing: all about the Gryzzly subscription
How does Gryzzly pricing work?
Gryzzly is available in 2 plans:
- Gryzzly Time: for time tracking only
- Gryzzly Budget: which adds budget management features on top of Time: daily rates, billing modes, cost tracking, profitability calculation, etc.
An “Enterprise” plan is available on request for accounts with more than 100 licenses, allowing you to choose either plan, complemented by an onboarding program, a training approach, and premium support.
How licenses work
The plan applies across your entire workspace. This means all your team members will share the same license. It is not possible to mix Time and Budget licenses.
In Budget mode, all users will be linked to financial data (daily rates, hourly costs, etc.) and will feed your financial reporting.
Commitment options
Gryzzly offers two commitment options:
- Annual payment, 12-month commitment
- Monthly payment, no commitment.
The 12-month commitment gives you the equivalent of 2 free months per license in exchange for upfront payment at the start of the period.
For more information on adding licenses mid-commitment, see our dedicated article: How does billing work when my headcount changes?
