Your tasks can have different status so that you can differentiate it easily!
What are the task status?
In the same way as the projects, a task can have 3 status: in progress, completed or archived.
The different status of a task
In progress
A task is in progress and therefore available for input, for those assigned to it.
In the chatbot 🤖
The task is available in the chatbot. Employees can enter their times on it.
In the dashboard 📊
The task is visible in the default dashboard view, which consists of ongoing and completed projects.
Completed
The task is completed, which impacts the interface as well as the chatbot.
In the chatbot 🤖
The task is not available in the chatbot. Employees can no longer enter their time on it.
In the dashboard 📊
The task is still visible in the project.
The project is still editable, by an admin only.
A completed task appears with a green dot 🟢 to differentiate it from ongoing tasks
Change the status of a task
👆 You have the ability to switch the status of your tasks between "in progress" and "completed" as needed.
To change the status of a task:
Go to the task tab of the project sheet
Click on the three dots to the right of the task
Click on complete or resume.
☝️ The implications, in the chatbot and the dashboard, are the same as for projects.
